The Grand Lagoon Coalition’s mission is to transform the unincorporated east end of Panama City Beach into a vibrant community that celebrates our rich history and showcases our unique personality. In turn, this will attract more businesses to invest in the area and encourage more visitors to make the Grand Lagoon their home base for adventure when visiting Panama City Beach. Through a unified coalition, we can better work with, and influence tourism, and county and state officials to support the issues prioritized by the Coalition.
